However, it is important to note that The Watch Wallet LLC is not liable or accountable for any damages that may occur to your timepiece while using our product.

We strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns:

If you wish to return your Watch Wallet, please send us an email at hello@thewatchwallet.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions on how to proceed with the return. 

Please note that The Watch Wallet must be returned in its original, unused condition. Any signs of wear or damage may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned Watch Wallet and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning The Watch Wallet to ensure its safe arrival. The Watch Wallet LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.
